About this villa rental
Luxury sea front villas located on the north shore of Cavtat bay surrounded by peace yet close to all amenities.
Our properties consist of two separate villas 'The West Villa' and 'The East Villa' that are located one next to the other overlooking the beautiful Cista Luka Bay just a few hundred meters north of the center of Cavtat.
The two properties underwent a complete reconstruction on the historical site of the Rural Complex Anic-Nikic dating back to the 18th century. The reconstruction was completed in year 2012.
The two villas boast an aggregate covered area in excess of 450 square meters surrounded by about 600 square meters of garden.
The villas are able to host up to a total of 24 guests. They can be rented separately or together. The West Villa is slightly larger and can host up to 14 guest while the East Villa - slightly smaller - can host up to 10 guests.

2 LCD TV set in each villa with Satellite TV channels
Audio system with IPod and USB hookups
WiFi internet access
THE WEST VILLA
The West Villa is the larger of the 2 houses so far completed and consists of a 3 story construction with 3 separate front terraces overlooking the sea and a covered garage.
The house can host up to 14 guests with accommodations arranged in 4 separate bedrooms plus a spacious attic space that can be converted into a sleeping area for 4 people.
THE EAST VILLA
The East Villa is the smaller of the 2 houses so far completed and consists of a 3 story construction with 2 separate terraces (one in the front overlooking the sea and one in the back supplied with a barbeque).
The house can host up to 10 guests with accommodations arranged in 3 separate bedrooms plus a spacious attic space that can be converted into a sleeping area for 4 people.

There were 10 of us aged from 6 to 73!! This house suited us all, it was well equipped and had ample space both inside and out. The views exceeded our expectations creating memories that will live with us for a long time. The only downside for us old folks was the steep climb to the entrance but it didn’t spoil our holiday . We would love to go back.

This home was everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Cavtat/Dubrovnik. It was clean, with air conditioning in each room, and Sanela (the property manager) was amazing. The house has the most beautiful views of the beach and sunset. It is walking distance from the Cavtat center (10-15 min) and a short 2-5 min walk to their beaches. Dubrovnik is about 15-20 minutes away by car but it was so worth staying out of that hustle and bustle. I HIGLY recommend this home and will for sure be returning.

Great Villas. Very large and comfortable and in a perfect location overlooking the sea. Steps from great beaches and many services (bars, restaurants, watersports, shops, etc...). Fantastic views. All in all a wonderful experience. Thanks Sanela and Paolo.

The most beautiful villa, int he most beautiful place
My friends and I booked the West villa for my birthday, There were 12 of us in total. On arrival the villa was exactly as described, and spotlessly clean. It is spacious and light, with amazing outdoor spaces and balconies - plus an incredible view of the sea. The beds were comfortable, showers warm and the kitchen was already stocked with some basics for us - which was very much appreciated. There was plenty of information about the house and the local area provided in a book. There are several beaches a short walk from the villa and our favourite was beach #4 - a pretty little stoney move about 15 mins walk from the villa. The water was very clean and clear, and it was a great place to sunbathe (although it is a nudist beach, so avoid if that bothers you). There is a hotel with a cashpoint right nearby, and a strong of little restaurants and bars within 10 mins walk. A stroll into Cavtat (which is lovely) takes about 20 minutes and you can get the boat to Dubrovnik from there. Sanela, who met us when we arrived at the villa, was very friendly and kind. She was flexible about the times we checked in and out, which really helped us as our departure flight was quite late in the evening. She also answered the phone when we needed and was always ready to help. What else can I say? We loved it and hope to return :)
