The apartment 80m2 (2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen, bathroom, balcony, internet FREE WIFI, air conditioning and TV) with views of the Basilica of St. Peter is in the center of Rome. The apartment is on the 4th floor with lift (elevator). The apartment is located in a quiet area. All major tourist attractions (St. Peter, Vatican Museums, Colosseum, Campo de' Fiori, the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Navona Square etc.), are easily accessible on foot or by bus and metro. The apartment is ideal for those who come to Rome by car, because it is located on a private street where you can park easily and for free. The area surrounding the apartment is served by many shops, bars, supermarkets, internet cafes, banks with ATM machine (with bankomat), wineries, restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, ice cream shops and pharmacies. Final cleaning, linen, towels, internet wi-fi, gas, water, electricity, heating are included in the price of the apartment.

That a beautiful apartment in Rome! It is spacious, exceptionally clean, artistically decorated and very comfortable. We loved the gorgeous marble floors and the small terrace with a view of dome of St. Peter's Basilica. Emidio (the owner) was very helpful when we were inquiring about it and also very accommodating when we were there. He even helped to arrange for a taxi to the train station on our last day. The apartment is in a great location near both the bus and train stops, easy walking to a large grocery store and right below are restaurants, cafes, bakeries and a quick walk to the Vatican grounds. Emidio showed us the bus and metro stops and recommended that we get a pass for these which worked out very well. We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Rome and highly recommend this special apartment!

Our stay at the apartment was fantastic. The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped. The location was ideal in distance from the Vatican. Emidio was excellent with communication and we appreciated his efforts to answer our questions about our visit. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in a good location in Rome.

The apartment is clean, spacious and very comfy. We could not have asked for a better. Emidio is an amazing host. We were personally welcomed as soon as we arrived in Rome. Emidio have us a lot of helpful tips for navigating throughout Rome which helped us make the most of our holiday in Rome.

Nous avons passé un semaine fantastique dans cet appartement, qui correspond exactement aux photos et description proposées sur le site. La cuisine est très bien équipée, les lits sont confortables et le salon est très agréable pour déjeuner ou se détendre. L'emplacement idéal de cet appartement, nous a permis de faire tout à pied, visites de musées, magasins, restaurants, Tout est à proximité. Le propriétaire est d'une très grande gentillesse: il est très accueillant et disponible en cas de besoin. Je vous le recommande et nous comptons y retourner lors de notre prochain passage sur Rome.
