About this villa rental
Lovely Villa Santalas can accommodate up to 10 people. Here you will find everything you need for your comfortable and relaxing holiday.
The 150m² Villa consist of 4 bedrooms, 4 en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dinning area, living area and spacious sun terrace and garden. Guests can relax in the sun loungers on the garden area by the pool. BBQ facilities are provided in the garden for al fresco meals. Wi-Fi is available in all areas and is free of charge. Free secure private parking is possible on site.
The pool is private and only for use by the villa.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, en suite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds with the ability of joining them into a double bed, en suite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 3: Double bed, en suite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 4: Double bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and bath.
All bedrooms comprise of LCD satellite television, fitted wardrobes and hair dryer.
KITCHEN: The fully-equipped kitchen comprises of everything that you may require: Electric oven, range hood, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, sandwich maker, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, espresso machine, filtered coffee machine.
UTILITY AREA: Comprises of the essentials: Iron and ironing table, washing machine, pantry.
LIVING AREA: High quality design and furnishing, comprising of a comfortable four-seater sofa, LCD satellite television, DVD, CD player, wireless internet.
DINING AREA: A table and seats which accommodate 8 people.
The villa are fully air-conditioned. All bedroom and bathroom windows are fitted with insect screens.
LINEN CHANGE / HOUSEKEEPING: Once weekly. The pool is cleaned and attended to very early in the morning.

(The pool is 1.20m shallow end, and 1.75m deep end, no diving is permitted).

Our party of 6 have just returned from Villa Santalas, we had the most wonderful time here.The photos do not do this property justice.The bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas were spotless and huge.Amazing outside spaces, with a barbecue area, shaded bar, and a beautiful swimming pool.A 2 minute walk into the village which has pretty much all you need.If we could, we would go back tomorrow.

Fantastic property run by the friendliest people imaginable. It had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spotlessly clean and everything was very well presented. The pool was little cold to use at the end of May but during the summer I'm sure it would be wonderful. We were very happy here for a wonderful week in Corfu.

The villa was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Huge garden area with a large pool and a smaller one for children, outside barbie area, pool and table footy, outside bar, the facilities were so great. Also the village was close for shops and good tavernas. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. A top expérience and hugely recommended

We really enjoyed our stay on Corfu at Santalas Villa in Agios Matheos.
The town is nicely located in the center of Corfu a little south from Corfu city in the mountains. Several nice beaches can be reached by car within 12-20 minutes. A few taverns, a good bakery and 2 supermarkets (one owned by the host) provide you with everything you need in walking distance.
The villa is very spacious and very clean and can easily accommodate for 8 persons with its 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. If needed also 10 people can sleep there and in case you have small children you find baby beds or chairs as well. During our stay (8d) the villa was cleaned once and all towels/blankets where changed was an unexpected but positive surorise. The exterior is very spacious and offers you plenty of space in the sun or with shadow. The pool is of course a nice refresh and turning on the lights in the dark provides a very nice athmosphere.
Spiros and his family are outstanding hosts and have truly welcomed us. Upon our arrival the fridge was filled with essentials like coffee, tea, sugar, water, toast, cheese, ham and a lot more. They reacted super fast on any request or question we had and proactively asked if there is anything we need when we went to his supermarket. Upon our departure they even provided us with a number of local delicacies as gift yet showing again there great hospitality.
This is certainly not going to be our last visit of Corfu and we can truly recommend Spiros place
