About this apartment rental
Very quiet, located near the city center and 20 meters from the sea, nice furnishings, discounted rates depending on length of stay, large terrace of 160 sqm. The view extends from the Temple of Jupiter, sea to the mountains. Completely renovated, Ideally located: only 100 km from Rome! every confort. great barbeque grills in the cool shade of the large gazebo.

We're very happy with our stay in Terrasina, a week in the beginning of October 2018.
The flat had a perfect location for us, quiet area, close to the sea (perfect for a morning-swim) and local restaurants. We where two adults and two children (15 and 11) and the flat had everything we needed.
The host Lorella and Tullio where very helpful, and we can recommend a stay in their appartement to anyone. We would love to come back one day!

Great location only 50metres from the beach and the great La Lanterna beach bar and restaurant .
The appartment has a wonderful terrace with views of the sea, the old town and the mountains. The appartment is comfortable and great kitchen and BBQ for lovely evenings eating outdoors.
Lorella and Tulio were really helpful and accommodating with early checkin and providing knowledge of the area.
We will definitely be back!

We - a familiy of three plus a teenage friend of our daughter - enjoyed a week here in the beginning of October, still warm enough in air and water to have a summer feeling - at least if you are from northern parts of Europe ! In addition to the friendly and helpful hosts Lorella and Tullio ( who were speaking English even better than our Italian), we appreciated the comfort and space of the splendid roof terrace on top of the house :-) Great view, beautiful sunsets, romantic evenings under the moonshine - enjoying local wine while listening to the crickets playing in the nearby mediterrean pines. You can even invite a lot of friends for an evening there, as there are seatings for 12-15 people!
The apartment was suitable for four people/two couples ( eventually a 5th bed in a small bedroom could be used as well), and it was sufficiently equipped to make your week comfortable, even when making your own food (as we like, considered all the good fresh ingrediants you may obtain in the local shops a 5 minutes walk from the house...) We'll sure be back, thank you !

Top standard, everything was very clean and tidy. Contended all we needed. Fantastic patio. Hosts were very Nice and helpful. Beautiful Beach, and promenade. Lovely and silent little town. TO BE RECOMMANDED !!!!
