Completely renovated, the house is equipped with
quality and can accommodate 12 people.
The 180 m2 are distributed as follows:
an open-plan kitchen open to a dining room and a large living room. The common areas offer a breathtaking view of the Bay. On the same level, a
bath, two bedrooms (2x140) including one bedroom with
private bathroom.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (1x140- 1x140 -2x90-
2x90 bunk) and bathroom.
Plenty of storage, garage in the basement.
Washing machine, dishwasher.
Shops 5 'by car
Close to La Baule (20 minutes) and
Guérande (15 minutes)
Price: 2100 euros / week

Great house with fantastic views out over the bay. A huge beach was infront of the house but sadly we weren’t able to use it some days because the red flag was flying… water pollution apparently! Luckily we had a great little pool at the house which the children loved! A lovely holiday despite the inconsistent weather!

What an amazing location! The view across the bay and the rows of muscle fields, especially at sunset was outstanding. The pool gave our young children hours of fun and there was plenty of exploring to be done in the nearby area. The house was ample size for two families and grandparents.
The living space and kitchen were pretty good. A few aspects that were a little tired and could do with a little TLC but generally in a good state. I wish we had clarified that the property did not come with towels and bedding but that's my error for not clarifying before arrival. I have marked down the cleanliness as those that stayed in the raised bunk bed on the first floor did gets nits from the bed!
In summary, a few aspects where the owner could improve the property as it is starting to look a bit tired but this does not detract from the amazing time we had eating delicious meals overlooking the fantastic views and enjoying the lovely pool. I would definitely go back.

We had an excellent week at the property, which exceeded our expectations, the photo's may not do it justice.
We were three families of three people and there was loads of space for everyone to exist together and not feel like you were on top of each other, with lots of downstairs entertaining space both inside and out. The kids barely left the pool unless it was enforced by parents for trips out. The south Brittany coastline down towards St Nazaire is lovely and worth a drive out to visit some of the local seaside towns for a wander and lunch. The property itself is in a quiet hamlet and fronts onto the beach with views across the bay where they grow and harvest mussels for local consumption. Beach access is 20yards down the road and there are watersports activities available when the conditions are right. The bay is tidal and when the tide goes out it does so for about 1km but it also means when the tide is in it is extremely safe for children as the bottom is flat. There are also lots of cycling/walking options on well marked and safe routes. In the immediate vicinity there is a campsite which has a small shop for emergency provisions and a restaurant which is far better than it looks, otherwise shops and restaurants are a drive away. My recommendation would be to drive out somewhere for lunch and BBQ in the evening watching the sunset over the bay!

Lovely property very well equipped FOR 8, not enough seating etc for 12. Big TV although DVD did not link to TV and no WI-FI.
Right next to sea with fun pool. Good outdoor facilities but no loungers as shown in ad.
Disappointed to be asked for 1000 euro security deposit with no prior warning. Information on area was very poor. The welcome was limited by the difficulty in understanding the liaison.
