Superb, clean, well furnished, super equipped, peaceful, perfectly situated location. Approachable friendly owners.- whilst advertised for 14, there are 2 double bedrooms so suitable for 2 adult couples; the other rooms are suitable for children/adolescents. This was perfect for us (4 adults, 3 adolescents) perhaps a squeeze for bigger group of grown ups- kitchen is small (1.5m x 1.5m). One small single oven, tiny microwave oven, hob with 3 cooking zones only. Fridge small no ice maker. Again this suited us fine. Larger group may struggle, depends on your meal plans- you need to arrive with basics like toilet roll, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, washing machine pods, these aren’t provided- you need to make your beds on arrival, then wash bathmats, kitchen towels end of stay- no air con (the attic bedrooms got fairly hot)- if you a BBQ fan, on site it is just electric hot plate (a little disappointing); we bought a real BBQ- focus on 14 seats, but only 2 sun loungers… we were ok with this- parking for 2 cars, though tight for 1 large 4x4 SUV small carVery much enjoyed our stay, definitely want to return. Absolutely 5*, highly recommend this accommodation, certainly for a group of 2 adult couples with children/adolescents. We were asked to pay 130 to check in 3 hours early which seemed a bit odd, that’s the only negative thing I can think of, and was a slight worry before we arrived (hospitality isn’t about money). Hence 4 stars.

We enjoyed the most delightful vacation in Arzon. The house is beautiful and designed so that everyone can find a lovely spot ro relax. The beds are all very comfortable. We ate out on the terrace 4 nights out of 5. You can walk everywhere, rent bikes across the street, and buy wonderful food at the Tuesday market, just up the street. The Tremolo bakery has the best croissants and the smoked fish shop on the same street offers delicious seafood. We loved every minute of our stay in Arzon!

Très belle maison familiale proche du bourg et de la plage, tout est prévu pour passer un bon moment en famille ou entre amis. Le lieu est charmant et accueillant, les hôtes sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Nous avons passé un très bon week end.
