Very comfortable and spacious for four adult (60's) women. One bathroom, so staggered, scheduled shower times was necessary and worked well for us. Very responsive and friendly owner. In a beautiful, old neighborhood. As long as you can do stairs to get up to the carriage house from the garage, book this - you'll be happy you did!

My husband and I stayed here for three nights during the St James Court Art Show. We absolutely loved it! Super cool place with a loft bed (tricky for my 6’1” husband with the ceiling but we thought it was a fun adventure haha. Loved having a safe garage to park in and a spacious place to relax after long days. Coury was awesome with communication. We would love to stay again!

My family and I enjoyed the ease of access and the garage at this property. The owner was very responsive, even on a holiday, and checked on us during our stay via text. The location of the property is perfect it is within 10-20 minutes of every major attraction in Louisville. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is going to Louisville.

The Carriage House is beautiful, but definitely a man cave. Few decorations so it echoed when the kids talked. There were no shelves or any thing in the bathroom to put your stuff on when having multi people.
