About this house rental
Professionally updated interior in this quaint 2 bedroom home, plus bonus Florida room with futon and free garage parking. Centrally located near the airport (5 min), Churchill Downs, UofL, iroquois amphitheater and more. 10-15 minute drive to downtown. Walk to great restaurants and our favorite local coffee shop.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a full bed. Bedroom 3 (Florida room) has a full sized futon with a comfortable innerspring mattress. A twin sized air mattress with bedding is available upon request.

This was perfect for me and a buddy who came down from WI on motorcycles. Knowing that we had secure parking (locked garage) for our cycles was a big plus. House was clean and comfortable.

The hosts were very welcoming and communicative; the house served our needs well. The beds were very comfy, the neighborhood was quiet and the access to anywhere we wanted to go in Louisville was easy. The bathroom was nice. We loved having a gas stove top and the appliances were all in good condition. The high top table and chairs were a little bit challenging as a dining table for our little kids, but they ultimately did just fine. And we liked the privacy of the backyard.
