About this villa rental
The Mas de Calou villa (180 m2 on 2 floors), with exceptional brightness, offers high-quality services. It includes a heated swimming pool, a large kitchen / dining room, 4 double bedrooms and 2 beautiful terraces located in lush greenery in the heart of which you can enjoy a very beautiful view of the Alpilles. Recently renovated, the house benefits from modern WIFI, Internet and 2 air-conditioned bedrooms. It is located in Eygalières, near the old village, whose small shops in the center of the village are within walking distance (about 400 m). Located in the sought after area of Eygalières at the foot of the Alpilles, its location offers many possibilities for walks (GR6).
The villa with its 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, will seduce you with its 2 levels, enjoying a clear view of the Alpilles and the old village. All bedrooms have been recently decorated (new bedding) as well as the 2 bathrooms. The dining kitchen is very spacious, open with its large picture windows on the outside. Finally, the cathedral living room benefits from large volumes and has an office / library space on the mezzanine,
The villa is partially air conditioned and fitted with an alarm. The swimming pool (4 x 7 m, heated from April 1 to June 15 and from September 1 to October 30) is equipped with an automatic roller shutter to secure its access and keep the water temperature. The garden (1000m2) and the swimming pool benefit from weekly maintenance included in the service. The house is decorated with 2 large terraces, each equipped with a large table for lunch and dinner. The main terrace, protected by canisses, overlooks the swimming pool facing the Alpilles, the second more intimate and south-facing terrace is also sheltered by canisses and is equipped with a barbecue.

Everything about our visit to Pascale’s home in Eygalieres was perfect! This is a lovely property in all respects. The house is comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was very well- equipped and fun to prepare family meals. The garden was absolutely the highlight- private and peaceful with two different dining table options, a cozy shaded seating area, refreshing pool, and beautiful plantings and sculptures. A short walk to the very charming town was a bonus- and the Friday market was fabulous! There is nothing to change here- perfection! Merci Pascale!

We stayed for 2 weeks in this fabulous Villa. We were 7 adults young and old. We loved the multiple living and dining spaces outdoors. The pool was a gathering point for drinking local wines in the afternoons after visiting the many places Provence offers. The home is situated a 5 minute walk to Eygalieres fantastic selection of restaurants, a great butcher with amazing Potato gratin, the bakery with the best jam donuts, green grocer and a great market on Fridays. But it is easy to travel further afield as well, we visited Saint Remy, Gordes. Mont Ventoux, Verdon Gorge, Avignon, Marseille and L’Isle sur La Sorgue. We had warm weather and the Villa coped well with the heat with air conditioning in the bedrooms except one bedroom but was cool with shutters closed and a fan. There was a coffee pod machine and drip coffee plus 2 fridges and everything you need for a fabulous stay. Pascale was very responsive and helpful. Michelle was lovely and helped us check in and was always available but we had no issues. Thank you so much. We highly recommend this Villa

What an amazing place to stay! It was exactly as pictured and exceptionally clean. The pool was a delight, which our boys loved. In terms of location, it was perfect - a nice quiet area only a short walk away from the local village with all its amenities (the owner had kindly left directions for a short cut in the welcome folder at the property).
Pascale was quick to respond to my messages/questions online, and Michelle (who takes care of the property and meets you there at check in) was friendly and easy to talk to, with fantastic English (which helped as I am still learning French!)
Thank you for a wonderful stay and if we return to Eygalières we will definitely stay here again.

The property was contemporary , beautifully appointed , supremely comfortable ,stylish , close to the village and managed by a delightful owner Tabard and her friend Michelle who were an absolute pleasure to liaise with .
