About this house rental
At the gates of Rennes (South), in the municipality of Noyal Chatillon sur seiche, 800 meters from the center of Vern sur Seiche.
Quiet property on 5300 M2 of trees and fenced with wall.
Each bed is in a closed room. I mean, no sofa in the living room ....
Level 0: WC, laundry room office with sofa bed 2 places and 2 double sleeping rooms (these rooms are in a row you have to go through one to access the other) and a shower.
Level 1: 1 bedroom / TV room, kitchen, large living room (50m2), WC, bathroom with bath, kitchen, veranda, very large terrace.
Level 2: 4 bedrooms with double berth with storage, WC, bath with shower.
Large modern south facing terrace with umbrella and sun bathing.
Table tennis table, bicycles, games room
Summer kitchen of 27 m2 with shower, toilet, cloakroom. Barbecue.

A very large property with extensive grounds in a quiet secluded area but within easy reach of shopping centres and supermarkets plus only a short distance from the airport. The pool was sited away from the house which allowed the children and teenagers to enjoy themselves without disturbing any neighbours.
Unfortunately there was no house guide to inform visitors about the waste and recycling rules or of any useful local information for guests - that would have been helpful.

Nice property in a lovely quiet location. Large enough for groups of 10 or more. Very nice pool, heated just enough to take the chill off.

The property was impressive, we all managed to have our own space and plenty of room for all the children. The heated pool was a great bonus, whatever the weather! Philippe, was extremely thorough in letting us know where everything was and how all the essentials worked. It was a home away from home experience, with lots of attractions to see and do in the surrounding area.
