About this cottage rental
Facing south, both traditional Breton houses are located in a small hamlet on the edge of the Ille et Vilaine department (Brittany) and Channel (Normandy). They offer a quiet environment in a wooded countryside and yet close to all amenities.
An enclosed courtyard in front of the facade of the houses and a large garden with barbecues, and the rear is a field. Nearby (about 4 kms) is the town of St James (Normandy), famous for its knitwear. These handy to St James everything you need, a supermarket, a hypermarket with gas station, a market on Monday, post office, banks, bakeries / patisseries, bistros, bars and good restaurants.
6 bedrooms - 2 x doubles, 3 x 3 singles, 1 x 2 singles - 2 cots, 1 high chair.
Games Room - Pool Table, Table Football, Darts, Mini Table Tennis.
Out of season rentals - Heating - electric convector heaters in the bedrooms and bath/shower rooms - gas heaters in living areas - wood burning stove.
Heated Pool - open May - end September.

Great location, beautiful private garden and perfect base for exploring Brittany and Normandy Beaches… we had a lovely week and would definitely return… could do with a few upgrades here and there but if rustic charm is what you’re after then this place won’t disappoint

Maison spacieuse et au calme, équipement correct sauf manque de vaisselle, salle de jeux, jardin, terrasse et piscine appréciables.
Bémol : propreté laissant vraiment à désirer malgré le coût très élevé du forfait ménage.
