About this apartment rental

Apartment on the first floor, in an elegant and totally renovated context, inside a fenced court. It overlooks the beach and the main square of the village. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, one with a bunk bed, a kitchen with a double sofa bed, 2 private bathrooms with shower. It has a garden, of sand, in exclusive use, where the table with chairs, sitting area and barbeque are placed, to organize outdoor barbecues with new and old friends. It is tastefully furnished according to the latest trends in furniture. The kitchen, in open pore lacquered wood, is equipped with all the most modern appliances (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc ....). The rooms are with a terrace overlooking the sea, and in the kitchen there is a terrace equipped with table and chairs. Ideal for families with children, or for anyone who wants to enjoy the perfect position on the beach, and to participate in the evenings organized by the San Mauro Mare Village, in the square or on the seafront. Furthermore, for maximum safety, it is also equipped with an intrusion alarm system.
