Welcome to the Southern Oregon Coast.
Beautiful Views of the Oregon Coast from this mid century classic home. A updated 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two story charming home that sits on a tree studded hill overlooking the Oregon Coast. The home exterior was repainted in 2023 to match the mid century architecture. Giant ocean boulders placed on the property . Higher end furniture & appliances with a 50-inch flat screen TV with full cable access including HBO and Showtime. Excellent Wi-Fi. A cute cozy deck is accessed discreetly off the living room and the master bedroom. A gorgeous updated and fully equipped kitchen with dual fuel range, modern appliances and wall of windows in the living room that overlook the dunes and the coast .The views are visible from kitchen and the dining room. All 3 bedrooms have full closets and views. Bamboo hardwood flooring throughout the home with great artistic area rug in the living room plus seating for eight in the dinning room. Interesting local wood carvings art on the walls. Heated floors in the bathroom with a tub and both bathrooms have new updated showers. Upgraded central heating. & cooling plus a wood burning stove. Parking for 7 vehicles on the property including large drive way for truck & trailers, a carport and a garage. Grass pads in the rock garden for doggies . Full washer & dryer and a 220 hook up for electric vehicles. Easy slide two pane windows to allow in the gentle coastal breeze. A propane BBQ for you to use, try grilling the locally caught fresh fish! Easy access to the house right off the 101 Hwy.
Just minutes from the dunes and tons of ATV fun. The house is short drive to the wonderful cities on the Oregon coast including Bandon, (Bandon Dunes Golf Courses) and beautiful Florence. Beaches, shopping casino, great restaurants, the new 7 Devil’s Brewery and loads of local fun is just a short ride down the hill into Coos Bay/ North Bend. Discover Shore Acres Park and view the seals and sea lions, and the fabulous Oregon coastline. The Oregon Coast is truly fantastic for coastal bike riding. The Southern Oregon Coast is truly breathtaking and the house is centrally located. Its quiet, romantic and cozy. Everything is new in the house . Fully stocked kitchen so you can cook your favorite meals. Short drive ( 10 minutes) to North Bend proper for store and supplies. . Enjoy the Oregon coast, Regardless of rain or sunshine. Its a site to see.
FYI REFUND POLICY
1) 50% refund when canceling within 30 days of reservation.
2.) Full refunded when cancelling any other time prior to 30 days. before check-in date..
In the event you cancel within 30 days of your reservation, I will need to manually go into the reservations. If you are cancelling within the 30 days window, please message me or call me at 972 816 3057 so I can go into your reservation and instruct the system to send you a 50% refund of what has been paid. My experience is that it takes 5 to 10 business days to credit the credit the credit card you used for the reservation but VBRO is saying with volume of transactions that it may be 3 weeks.
In the event you want to move your reservation to a new date this year or next, I will need to manually do that also. New dates will be based upon availability.

Very misleading about third bedroom setup. Should have realized when no pictures. If stairs an issue, would not recommend.
