About this villa rental
In a quiet and privileged environment, 5 Min. walk to the beach, modern house of 150 m2 with beautiful private swimming pool (8mx5m) and terrace on an enclosed garden of 900 m2 not overlooked;
The house has on the ground floor: an open living dining room with large windows, a kitchen and utility room, a toilet and a master suite with bathroom (shower and spa bath).
Upstairs are two bedrooms (one with a single bed and one with a double bed) and two interconnecting rooms each (one with a double room communicating with a single bed), WC and separate bathroom.
Baby cot and high chair on request.
Parking outside the house, alarm, digital code / video phone and wifi.

We had a great stay in this wonderful house. The garden is fantastic, the pool "saved" us in the great heat, the house really has everything you need for a great holiday. Concarneau and the surrounding area are also absolutely worth a visit. We will be back again!

This house is perfectly positioned to enjoy the region. There are spectacular beaches within 15-20 mins drive. The house is amazing. Plenty of space. Great facilities and a fantastic heated pool. The owners and their family are extremely helpful and relaxed. A great place to stay! Highly recommended

We had an excellent stay here in summer 2019 with four adults and three children (aged 4, 5 and 6). The house was spotless, modern and very well equipped and homely. The owners were responsive with any questions via text and sent someone over to the house immediately when we had an issue with the jacuzzi (resolved). The pool was just perfect for our children and is heated. Bring your own towels for inside the house as these aren’t provided although tea towels are. We appreciated the pool towels and comfortable seating area round the pool. A big supermarket is four minutes drive away and there is a beach within walking distance (go through the campsite to reach it). Thank you so much for a great time!

Un excellent sejour dans cette maison très agréable, très bien équipée et idéalement située. L'accueil a été sympathique. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner ! Et quelle belle région...
