The breakfast ladies were nice and one of them who had been there 17 years spoke pretty good English, but no one else there could really understand any questions we had. The property/neighborhood is quite safe & quiet and the rooms have all that you need.
The parking situation was difficult. There are really only 4 spaces down a gated steep and narrow crumbling driveway. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL HAVE A SPACE! There is very limited tight parallel parking on the street in front of the building making loading and unloading of luggage difficult plus there are outdoor marble stairs down to the entrance of the building and elevator to reception to navigate as well. Be prepared for a tedious multi point turn to back into a narrow space at the bottom so you can make it back up the driveway to the narrow street with cars parallel parked on both sides sometimes within inches of the sides of the gate making it so you have to make another multi point turn to fit down the street. It is quite a long way (maybe half a mile) to any public transport. Room cleaning was only 2 mornings during our 8 night stay, with a tiny garbage can next to the toilet as the only place to throw anything away. The bathroom is tiny and the shower door leaks every time anyone showers.

Good value for money. The rooms are modern and quite beautiful but they are a bit to small. At least our room was rather small. We stayed over a week and with all the luggage we had it was not big enough. There is a private parking space but if you have a big SUV I don't recommend using it. Usually there is some free parking slot along the street. The lift is a big asset.
The wi-fi is rather poor. We could hardly use the internet websites. Also the breakfasts. They were quite dreadful to be honest. Only cold options. Always the same three things: hard boiled eggs, mortadella, and some cheese. There were many sweet options but also always the same ones and not suitable for somebody who doesn't want to have a glucose spike early in the morning. The service woman is strict and stiff. You cannot use the coffee machine yourself which means you end up with some tiny quantities of coffee in the morning.
