Spotlessly clean cozy Room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Gorgeous breakfast prepared by Jan. We were the only guests so we had personal service. Jan is so lovely and friendly and full of local information.

The guest house is very clean, the hosts were very nice.The bedroom was very nice, and the bathroom was clean, with a good shower. Their is a fridge on landing with bottled water and fresh milk. The breakfast was very nice. Parking was free on the roadside. The guest house is across from Pannett park, which is very nice, and a short walk to Whitby.
