The lady is very welcoming. She offered cold drinks to us.
The room has all you need. The place has nice garden that you can eat or drink something, nice Kotor view.
The place is a bit downhill so it is a bit hard to walk if you have heavy bags :) but not a big issue.

apartment was well situated as long as you have good mobility as there is a LOT of steps.
beautiful view from the balcony.
good shower
comfortable bed
apartment was a lot smaller than anticipated.
bathroom door needs attention
no toaster or microwave and only one ring works properly on the cooker.
