We liked that it was spotless, great bath products, adequately stocked for light meals, the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit. Comfortable beds and pillows.
We did not love the mini split the AC/heating unit to a while to figure out. Too hot or too cold. The area rug was very worn, the couch looks nice but was not comfortable at all. All minor. The weather forced us to stay inside more than we would have.

Fabulous location, fantastic accommodations! One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Traveling as a family of 4, with kids aged 8 and 12. We had exactly the right amount of space to ensure we continued enjoying each other’s company!
The location and setup of the hotel made it SO easy to get out and explore the neighborhood, in a way a traditional hotel just doesn’t.

It was nicely located. It was within walking distance of Wrigley Field (about 30 minute easy safe walk) which I was there to see. There wasn’t a lot of foot traffic in the hotel.
The street noise was pretty noticeable especially late night. The heating/air system was really loud so I had to turn it off. Luckily it was cool while I was there so I didn’t get too hot.
