They are blaming Agoda site and they ignored my requests before I arrived for early check in and also they informed us the check out time is 1030AM i tried to explain for them I reserved two room for four adults and they didn’t accept that also there was no personilty because they keep recording even the conversations videos and audio for the guests which meant maybe inside the rooms you can’t trust your personality is protected, no way to recommend it for anyone
