We loved our Celtic manor resort stay. The hotel itself is beautifully situated and we really loved the facilities. The staff were fab, from the lady on front desk to the man on the leisure centre front desk, to the poor man who brought us room service and brought the wrong ice cream flavour so had to fetch another. Everyone made an effort to ensure that they were polite and welcoming. That makes a huge difference. I would absolutely return

The beds were so comfortable and the room (non balcony) was very spacious. The bathroom was lovely, but the hot water was not piping hot - ran the hot tap and was warm enough for a bath. Especially like the Elemis touch! Breakfast was good and had everything you could need.
Only niggle was every morning at breakfast, you were asked if you had been before, which got a bit repetitive for a weeks stay.

LOVED the breakfast options .
Had a meal at The Grill, which was excellent .
The service in Merlin’s bar was slow, took a while to wait for service and then a while to wait for our drinks. Guests should be able to order at the bar .
Did the High Ropes on the Saturday morning, the man that supervised and showed us what to do was excellent 👌
