Facilities were lovely and clean, the biggest bonus of all was the sky sports not only available in the bar but sky was in each of the rooms so it wasn’t just basic TV, hubby could watch the football and little one could watch Disney kids. 😊 happy husband, happy wife, happy mum, happy child, happy life
The only downside to our stay was that we were limited on times we could swim due to the pool being closed for swimming lessons,
Definitely check the swim timetable to save disappointed children.

Have stayed here about 10 times and have never been disappointed (other than the majority of the Wales rugby results). Rooms have been refurbished so has really improved the place, bar is excellent as is the breakfast. Staff always friendly and eager to help - first class service.
The only downside is the look of the place it is very dated - but the inside is very modern and of a high standard.

The bed was comfortable and tidy.
The food was lukewarm and room service is not the best experience. We had an old menu in the room so couldn’t have what we had chosen.
The air con is very outdated. The card machine to pay for food kept declining my payment.
