Ability to walk to St Malo intramural at low tide.
Races: Carrefour or Leclerc Stores 5 minutes drive.
Village of Rotheneuf 5 minutes by car 1 / 4h on foot (food, caterer, bakery, pharmacy ...).
Visits around: Cancale, Mont St-Michel, Dinan, Dinard, St-Briac, etc.

Very close to Pont beach. 15 minute walk to nearest
restaurant, deli, bakery and bar.
On bus route into St Malo centre which was very useful.
House located in quite area.
Found stairs quite steep as used to living on one level.
