Staff were super friendly and nothing was a bother to them. We had meals and drinks on the terrace and the views of the Eiger and Monch are unsurpassed. Rooms were spotlessly clean and plenty of water pressure for showering.

Amazing property in a gorgeous location. Unbeatable views.
They are doing renovations and so there was construction noise and some of the staff weren’t very friendly but other than that it was flawless

The breakfast was really good. The staff there was super helpful. The location as perfect. So close to the train station.
Our room was very small. The staff would go smoke right outside our window. There wasn't any air conditioning, so we wanted our windows open, but were unable to keep them open because the smoke would come in and stink us out.
