Roger the manager was able to upgrade our room so we spent the first 2 nights in the smaller non-view room and the 3rd and 4th in the mountain view room which was bigger and well worth the price difference. I can't begin to describe the views there. It was also our favorite place to eat in Murren.
Our 1st room was small but fine so not really a dislike.

Great view.
They double charged me and then credited me the amount that was lesser die to the exchange rate. They also credited the charge through booking.com and they said I did not stay, check in, which we obviously did. Especially since we had to check out early due to weather.
