L’état de propreté un peu limite (surtout les tâches sur les murs) et la piètre qualité du matelas.

Les points forts : - l'emplacement est idéal : en plein coeur de ville (tram à 3min à pied, à 10 min à pied du centre commercial), - la superficie et l'agencement de l'appartement, - la facilité d'accès, - les instructions claires et précises communiquées par l'hôte lors de l'arrivée
Axes d'amélioration - La literie est à changer impérativement : on s'enfonce dans le matelas, - la propreté est à revoir (cafards trouvés, sol pas assez nettoyé, vaisselle sale, baignoire avec de la crasse)
