The staff are wonderful and the hotel is spotlessly clean. My family have stayed in the hotel many times over the years because the location is so good - right in the heart of the old town, and just a 5 minute walk from the station.
The beds are very hard, and it felt like the place needed some investment (my shower door was broken, the curtains kept falling off the curtain rod, and the electricity would occasionally trip and go out when I plugged my laptop in etc).

The pillows were totally inadequate with no substance at all to them.

Good location, quiet. Lots of bars and resturants in the area.
Room was very hot, especially the bathroom even after a cool shower.
