We were looked after with a lot on offer in the shared lounge area. Great lighting and well thought out area. The owner made us feel well welcomed and many free treats on offer.
The room with double bed was very small and was very basic. The bed not particularly comfortable and the view from the window was of a brick wall.

its close to public transportation and city center, the are was a bit tricky in the evening, other than that its pretty quiet neighbourhood. they had a welcome package which is cute. pretty spacious , clean and equipped
well no lift, so its trouble with luggage, also i wish they had some cooking essentials :oil salt : pepper.
the neighbours one night were loud and you could hear them; not the fault of the owners

Very well prepared host, his tips made our live easier. He even provided us with welcome basket with potato chips, chocolates, water, basic cosmetic essential and even socks. So cute! There was also pastry, coffee and tea available. Place cleaned twice a day
Keep in mind- it is Brussels. Rooms are tiny and stairs narrow and steep

Good that we had own kitchen. Instructions were very good. Place was very clean.
It appeared we had different studio than a week before, and this one was so tiny with micro bathroom... And very noisy on the ground floor.
