It’s very well located. It is also quite spacious and mattress was very comfortable.
There were quite a few small things that by themselves are not a problem, but once you add them up, it starts getting annoying. For example:
- the bathroom does not have an extractor and the window is quite high so can’t really be opened, so all the humidity stays there. You can see this has been a problem for a while because there is a lot of mould around the window.
- there was a thing in the bathroom sink to put your toothbrush, but it wasn’t very clean and you could see the stains in the bottom from previous users.
- the toilet seat was either broken or loose as it moved a lot.
- the paint in some parts of the wall of the headroom is pealing off which does not look very nice.
- there were a lot of spider webs around the aircon in the bedroom.
- the soap dispenser in the kitchen was broken and quite dirty in the outside.
While I was expecting some wear and tear in an apartment like this, I think some things could be either cleaned better or replaced to make guests more comfortable

Fairly spacious for the cost. Centrally located.
The check in and security process was aggregious, requiring at least 30 minutes completing my partner and my passport details, etc. with two separate contracts to review, the second being non readable due to some web error. I couldn’t establish if they complied with Booking.com’s. Then when trying to enter the apptmt we struggled with me door lock- didn’t respond to the web locking system, nor accepted the 12 digit entry code. Thankfully someone was monitoring and called to assist. Another 20 mins not great after a 3 hour drive.
