Location, location, location. You could see the walls of Pisa from the front door and it was a 2 minute walk to the Leaning Tower/Piazza del Duomo. Communication with the host was good and they were very accommodating in letting us drop our bags early prior to check in.
Although coffee pods and small soap bars/shampoo were left (thanks) there was nothing to wash up with, washing liquid/cloth etc. these are things I would not want to buy for a simple 1 night stay.
On the whole the accommodation was clean.

The location was great - very close to the tower! The apartment is modern and had all the amenities a guest would need. We only stayed one night so we didn’t use the cooker, fridge, etc. The coffee machine was very much appreciated! The apartment has lovely character! The bathroom was perfect, shower etc was fine. WiFi was great for us - family of 6 all connected with no issues. Really happy with our stay and would definitely recommend. The host was easy to contact through the booking site and replied straight away to messages. Check in instructions were very straightforward

Unfortunately, aside from the great location and the convenience of being within walking distance to the Pisa Tower, there's not much else to highlight.
The flat is not in the best condition and I believe it could benefit from a refurbishment soon. Aside from that, my main concern was the cleanliness of the space. The bedsheets felt as though they had been previously used. Additionally, the couch in the living room isn't very comfortable; I would suggest renting the flat for a maximum of four people.
