Common area on the ground floor was spacious and homey. Cooking oil and salt, chopping board etc were provided for our cooking.
The en-suite was a new part of the house. The garden was huge.
The owner was very response to our requests and questions. Check-in was flexible too.
Wi-Fi and tv were good.
Apart from the en-suite, the rest of the 2nd floor feels outdated and would need a refresh. However it is fine for a short stay and it is big enough to accommodate for our group.

Car parking available outside on the drive (could fit 2/3 cars. Spacious rooms. Plenty plugs. There was jenga which was great for the group. There were iPhone chargers which were extremely handy and plenty of plug sockets. The sofas are recliners. The living room/kitchen/dining room is perfect for groups. Facilities were basically spotless. We would defo stay here again!! 5/10 min walk from Tesco/Aldi/Wetherspoons

Pillows and beds were quite hard. Had a couple issues with the toilets. Garden and front of the house could be tidier, however due to bad weather it wasn’t an issue.

Nice little apartment, however the pictures give it more credit than it is worth. it is located on a close which is quiet so that is in it's favour, the facilities were fine, bed was comfortable enough but only 2 pillows, one soft one hard so if there were 2 people it would not be good.
Small wet room toilet, so once you have a shower you cannot go back in to go to the toilet as the floor is wet. no way to adjust the heating, I had radiator on full and the room was cold because their is no thermostat available, there was a small electric heater which ade no difference to the room, as there is a large draft that comes from the kitchen. Finally the TV has no terestrial channels, so all there is is apps which you need to use your own account to use.
