Quaint 2 bedroom village house, great communication with Mikael.
Bring ear plugs as this right is the middle of club Lindos which goes on daily till 2am.

The Olive Tree Villa is exactly what you see in the photos. The location is great, the beds comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly and the bathroom was clean and modern. We (2 adults, 2 teenage daughters) spent 10 wonderful days exploring Rodos and the Olive Tree Villa was the perfect base for us. In addition the contact with the owners was way better than anything we’ve experienced previously. There were extremely helpful details about getting to the property and parking and despite the wonderful labyrinthine nature of the Lindos streets and a late evening arrival, we found our way first time. In addition, the owners were regularly in contact to make sure we were comfortable and that everything was to our liking. We were also lucky enough to be staying at the same time that the owners relatives were in town and they really made us feel welcome and had loads of suggestions about places to go and where to eat. On the penultimate day we managed to lock ourselves out of the villa but, despite this being the weekend, help was on hand and within half an hour, the problem was solved. I can’t recommend the Olive Tree Villa highly enough and if we’re ever back on Rodos, it’s the only place we’d stay.

The location was in the heart of Lindos, in a courtyard & we were amazed at how quiet it was. The villa has everything you need; the cupboards are well stocked with herbs & spices & cleaning stuff; there wasn’t a maid service.
A short walk to the beach, the restaurant’s bars & supermarket are all on the doorstep.
The hosts brother was next door & so friendly, we learnt so much about Lindos, even though we have been many times before
Not a problem for us, as we slept downstairs, but the stairs are steep to the upstairs bedroom, which could be a problem if you are less mobile.
If you wanted clean sheets, they are provided but you have to use the washing machine to clean the the set you’ve used, we only stayed a week so we didn’t bother.

Superb location in a beautiful town. Mikael was an excellent host who was always on hand for advice and local tips. The apartment was perfect for a week’s stay with a prime, central location.
