Beautiful apartment on 3 floors, very old but with all mod cons.
Annie was an excellent host. Very comprehensive and clear instructions.
The apartment is in the middle of Dartmouth.
2 mins from everything.
It is above a very good restaurant.
The restaurant does create some noise but doesn’t really have a great effect on the stay. Noise is a low hum and finishes before bed time.
Car parking is provided in the Towns car park and is included in the cost. It is 5 mins walk.
We were able to unload and load the car in the parking opposite the apartment. You get an hour.
It is a 3 storey apartment on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd levels so not suitable for people with disabilities.

Central location. £35 ticket bought us 10 trips on the lower ferry to Kingsweir that took us to Paignton and Tourquay etc. comfy chairs, beds. 3 x loos. 2x bathrooms. There is a parking bay nearby reserved. Lovely old pubs. The local snack cafes are expensive so thanks to a Nautical nest kitchen we saved there.
24 hour gull calling which eventually became normal! You need to be able to climb stairs! ( Which was good exercise!)

Cleanliness, homely feel, spacious areas, well equipped, good attentive hosts, nice outside decking area, great central location.
There is no hanging space in the larger 2nd bedroom, it had plenty of drawer space but my Mum had the single in there and my Sister slept in the double bed and they could have done with some hanging space for dresses etc. Could be easily fixed but equally it didn't impact massively.

Absolutely everything !!
The property is ideally located for everything you may need in Dartmouth and the ferry across to Kingswear is a 2 minute walk away.
Nothing at all to dislike.
