Bel appartement bien situé en centre ville. Propreté irréprochable.
Le bruit incessant des voisins du dessus le soir très tard ainsi que le matin de bonne heure. Cela gâche un peu le séjour.

Gostamos do apartamento e mais ainda da localização. De fato, gostamos de tudo.
É mais uma sugestão, porque o que aconteceu não foi culpa de ninguém: fiquei sem wifi e isso me deixou sem acesso ao meu e-mail; eu não conseguia acessá-lo pelo celular e o notebook precisava de wifi. Mandei mensagens para Valérie, mas só consegui falar com ela por telefone. Ela me atendeu muito bem, mas eu gostaria de sugerir a ela que lesse seus e-mails com mais frequência ou fornecesse aos hóspedes um número de telefone com whatsapp. Isso teria me poupado muito stress na chegada...

Die zentrale Lage zu Stadt und den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der abgeschlossene und sichere Parkplatz.
Das Badezimmer ist sehr eng. Es gibt wenig Möglichkeiten Gegenstände abzulegen und keine etwas aufzuhängen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Der Zugang ist für Menschen, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, sehr beschwerlich. Bei der Nachfrage, des früheren Check-In, erhält man die Information, dass es pro Stunde früher 8,-€ zusätzlich kostet. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen.
