Appartement bien placé à proximité de la mer et dans un quartier calme . Plusieurs livres et brochures sur le Havre et son histoire. Lit confortable et équipements de cuisine adaptés.
L'immeuble est très sonore, on entend les voisins . L'annonce laisse entendre qu'il s'agit d'un immeuble d'Auguste Le Perret, cela avait motivé mon choix . J'ai été déçue que ce ne soit pas le cas. Le balcon est très étroit et ne permet pas d'y mettre une chaise .

Le calme dans l'immeuble et aux alentours, le petit balcon, le coin cuisine
Le WC est mal positionné, l'évacuation de l'évier de la salle de bain ne se faisait pas (tout était bouché et cela se faisait ressentir au niveau de l'évier de la cuisine)
