Perfect location; 15 minutes walk from the rail station, around 5 from the buses. Beautifully decorated, pretty terrace, with insanely comfortable double beds, well-appointed kitchen, and a fantastic shower. Cosy, comfortable, with original features (stone and wood floors). Quiet, even though on a main road. Little private yard out back, next to galley kitchen. Chichester is a good transport hub, with regular buses to local attractions like Fishbourne Roman Villa (10 minutes and a short walk), Portsmouth and historic dockyard (just over an hour), Weald and Downland museum (20 minutes and a short walk) and Brighton (3/4 hour by train). Bognor Regis is also a short bus ride away. The town is lovely, and historic, with plenty of individual independent shops, plus the main ones like Tescos, Waterstones, M&S, to keep you supplied. Plenty to see too (cathedral, medieval walls, Bishop's Palace garden, Georgian streets, green parks).
Only tiny things; could do with a small waste bin in the bedrooms, probably a small mirror in the bedroom (although there is a proper dressing room by the bathroom).

Excellent little house. Very well appointed and clean and tidy. Great location just outside the twon walls and a few minutes walk from the town centre, theatre and local parks
Top floor bedroom wa quite warm, and the windows could not be kept open as the stays are broken. But there was afan in the room.

Location was good and bed was comfortable
Heating not on when we arrived set at 10 degrees despite freezing conditions. Coffee cups were stained and dirty, oven was filthy and greasy. Property advertised as 2 bathroom but only has one and a toilet. No pictures on the lounge wall despite marketing as a charming cottage. Crockery was chipped. Decorated in IKEA style furniture (not what you would expect for a charming cottage. One tacky pink tiny christmas tree as the only decoration (we booked for New Years Eve). We left after one night despite booking for 3. There is no freezer or dishwasher (wasn't advertised as having one but what you would have expected for this price point.
