About this cottage rental
cottage completely renovated, in an old country house, near the river Vilaine; we are 5 minutes from Redon, in a quiet and peaceful countryside;
this cottage includes:
on the ground floor:
a large main room with living room,
wood stove in an old 17th century fireplace,
a fully equipped kitchen;
a toilet;
upstairs:
2 very bright rooms, facing south with large velux windows,
a walkway-mezzanine with hammock and a bathroom with large walk-in shower, a large sink;
outside, a small terrace with 2 chairs, table and parasol;
on-site parking

THIS GITE IS NON-SMOKING AND THE ANIMALS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
we are 1 hour from Rennes, Vannes or Nantes; Among the places to visit, are the Gacilly 15 km, Rochefort en terre, one of the 2 most beautiful medieval villages of Brittany, 20 km, the forest of Brocéliande 50 minutes, the sea and its beaches 45 km ;
Cleaning fee 40 €, in case you do not want to clean and make the cottage in the state where you found it;
this cottage is not my main house;

accueil chaleureux de la part du propriétaire Yako aux petits soins pour ses hôtes toujours de bons conseils pour les balades , restos et baignades Endroit très calme ,intérieur cosy. Habitation au centre de toute les visites

Maison très propre à l arrivée
Accueil cordial
Les 2 chambres et l ensemble trop atypique pour , j ai un adulte handicapé mental.avec moi.
Difficulté pour le faire traverser le caillebotis qui relis les 2 chambres
Salle bain trop exiguë
Manque un peu de vaisselle
L évier joli mais pas pratique.
WC en bas salle de bain en haut .
Pas commode non plus
Pas de produit d entretien pour le sol . Uniquement Ajax poudre a récurer.
Éponge fatiguée 1 torchon seulement et pas d essuis main
A ma déveine temps très pluvieux
Mais le proprio n y est pour rien .
