Proche de la mer, la côtes sauvage est magnifique

Old style beautiful building at the coast. Unfortunately the sea side was under renovation, so I got apartment at the other side. The apartment was very comfortable with fully equipped kitchen (coffee, tea, oil and lots of plus.), big bathroom. Bedroom on the upper galery level.
The parking place of the big building located at the far end of the property. My apartment was on the ground floor with two very high big glass doors. I was affraid to leave them open during the night to have fresh air due to safety reason.

Emplacement de la residence, accès direct à la plage et 7 min des premiers restaurants du Croisic. Hauteur sous plafond qui donne une impression d'espace. Propreté de l'appartement.
Terrasse en rez-de-chaussée donnant sur l'entrée générale, côté parking donc passage, voitures et poussière.

Proximité de la mer. Literie confortable. Suffisamment de vaisselles .
Propriétaire non flexible sur les horaires d arrivé et de départ sauf moyennant un supplément de 20 euros pour 2h en avance . Première fois que l on voit cela. De plus nous avons été surpris de trouver un canoë kayak imposant proche du canapé ( cela s avère très dangereux car risque de chute car non fixé ) . Impression de déranger la propriétaire en ayant des problèmes d ouverture de la porte d entrée. Et enfin très chère pour les prestations sur place ( piscine gelé)
