Almost in the heart of the city. Walking distance to the lakeside, port, cathedral, nice shops and restaurants. Very very quiet, clean and comfortable (probably recently renewed) apartment located in a high quality district. All necessary household goods, utensils and electronic devices are available in good conditions. And a very helpful concierge :)

Main entrance door lock (or the key ?) needs some maintenance. The key has a little bit difficulty in unlocking the door :)
Sometimes finding a parking space could be a bit difficult.

La communication avec Laura était chaleureuse et réactive, nous avons beaucoup apprécié ! L’appartement était spacieux, très agréable, propre et bien situé dans un lieu sécurisé et un cadre bien entretenu ! Proche d’un beau parc donnant sur le lac de Côme et proche de toutes commodités
Peut être qu’on aurait aimé avoir plus de papier toilettes car 2 rouleaux dont 1 entamé pour 3 nuits, 4 personnes n’étaient pas suffisants

Nice traditional apartment, large space, clean, comfortable, balcony with a view of the lake, super helpful, informative and responsive host, and about 25 minute walk into the centre of Como. The walk itself is lovely and along the lake. Public transport is super easy as an option too, the bus stop is right outside of the apartment and is only a few stops into Como.
