Leys at Valley View Farm is a luxury barn conversion situated in the village of Uplyme near to the town of Lyme Regis in Dorset boasting with double height beams and galleried walkway. The house can sleep 8 people in 3 twin single (or super king-size) with en-suite shower one with wet room and 1 twin single with en-suite shower and a family bathroom. The rest of the house is made up of a kitchen/diner/sitting room. To the outside of the house is off road parking for 4 cars and a courtyard with furniture, patio with furniture. Leys at Valley View Farm is luxurious holiday home for big groups. NOTE: Super King beds can be configured as two single beds in 3 of the bedrooms. (One bedroom can only be configured as two singles). Please contact the owner 14 days prior to arrival if you wish single beds.
Note: A travel cot and highchair are available on request, please inform us of this request at the time of booking to ensure these will be available to you. Guests are required to bring their own cot linen. Note: We are pleased to announce the addition of a new wood-fired pizza oven on the terrace for cooking alfresco. Available for guest use (£20) including seasoned Oak logs and kindling. Additional Oak available (£5 per bag). Note: For those unfamiliar with the delights of cooking outside in a wood-fired oven, we can offer a short introductory demonstration of the use of the oven, cooking and sampling delicious pizza! Great fun for the whole family (£50). Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 300 GBP.
