At the entrance is the kitchen on the right, while the bathroom is immediately on the left and is complete with shower. Next is the living room with dining table, comfortable sofa and 40-inch Smart TV.
A wooden staircase with 25 steps leads to the floor below. In the middle of it is also a small mezzanine with closet; from this mezzanine you can admire the frescoes up close.
Finally, at the end of the staircase is the beautifully frescoed master bedroom (mattress size 160x190cm), which overlooks Borgo San Frediano.
High-speed fiber FTTC Internet connection.
Heating: independent with split.
Air conditioning: 2 splits total: one in the bedroom and one in the living area.
Double glazed windows.
For stays longer than 7 nights, one cleaning and one change of linen each week is included.

Lovely stay here. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and the managers were very polite and prompt. Being close to the bridge is a plus as you can reach much of Florence very easily.
