About this house rental
Ideal for a beautiful holiday iodized by the sea, this family home has a beautiful walled garden (about 800 m2) with terrace.
This house, quiet, close to beaches and shops (10 to 15 minutes walk) can accommodate up to 6 people.
It has on the ground floor, a lounge / living room, a kitchen and a small laundry room.
Upstairs, it has 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 bedrooms with a double bed), a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet
It is equipped with:
- electric heating in all rooms
- Wireless
- television
- dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer, small oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle
- for the little ones: baby chair
- linen provided (sheets and towels)
On the garden side, it has:
- loungers
- garden furniture with parasol
- barbecue
- private parking for 2 vehicles
Activities in Carantec:
beaches, water sports (sailing, scuba diving, paddle, sea kayaking, canoeing), fishing on foot or at sea, 9-hole golf, walks on the coastal paths (GR 34) or Callot Island (at low tide) ), tennis, cinema, media library, visits to the castle of Taureau, maritime museum, Morlaix, Roscoff, Batz Island ...
The town of Carantec has many shops, bars, restaurants, a supermarket, a weekly market (Thursdays), taxi, banks, doctors, dentist, kines ..
In July August, the town sets up bus shuttles (free) to get to the beaches or the city center (stop about 50 m from the house)

Le salon, pas très confortable, les matelas des lits sont moyens et l'accès du jardin en voiture est difficile. Les bas de caisse des voitures touchent le ciment. Sinon, nous avons beaucoup aimé le jardin et la maison dans son ensemble.

La maison bretonne propre mais à marches, jardin bien entretenu.
Bémol : il manque une salle de douche à l'étage et des WC en bas !
Belle région que celle de Roscoff/Morlaix !

Ein wunderbares Haus mit viel persönlicher Atmosphäre und einer phantastischen und wertvollen Bibliothek. Und hervorragenden Lichtverhältnissen zum Lesen! Leider erlaubte das Wetter es nicht, den parkartigen Garten zu genießen. Einziges Problem: Nur eine Toilette nach einer anstrengenden Treppe. Aber das Ambiente und der erlesene Geschmack entschädigen das tägliche Training. Der Ort selbst allerdings ist in der Nebensaison reichlich leblos. Aber es gibt hervorragende Ausflugsmöglichkeiten für Natur- und Kulturerlebnisse.
