Room was very clean but the towels were really old and threadbare and need replacement. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Our suite was comfortable for four friends travelling together. There was ample room, dining and kitchen areas. The staff was friendly and accommodating and Martha (concierge) was readily available to answer questions via WhatsApp. We loved how modern everything was and enjoyed being in the Condesa neighbourhood.

Our room was perfect for our family, spotless and so comfortable. Grocery and restaurants are walking distance; we loved every minute of our time at Leonora.
