Our hunting lodge is an ideal place for a holiday according to your own ideas, just right for individualists. There are no immediate neighbours, so you can enjoy the quiet location with a wonderful mountain panorama undisturbed. Ideal for allergy sufferers as no pets are allowed. Green house with emission-free heating. Holidaymakers who want to relax in unspoilt nature are in the right place here.
The forecourt offers parking for two cars. A lockable storage room for bicycles, skis, etc. with ski boot dryer is available
The parking of larger vehicles, caravans, motorhomes etc. is not permitted or prohibited here or on the road. There is a car park for motorhomes/caravans, etc. at the Asitzbahnen.
The village centre is approx. 800 metres away. Very good restaurants and shopping facilities in the centre.
The house:
The eat-in kitchen with electric tiled stove offers space for eating together and socialising, exit to the south-facing sun terrace.
The partially covered terrace is equipped with parasol, sun loungers, etc. The property is fenced and therefore also ideal for children.
A Weber charcoal barbecue is available
The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a hairdryer, two washbasins and a bathtub with shower fitting.
A bedroom with windows facing north and west (Steinberg view) is located on the ground floor,
A bedroom with underfloor heating, window to the garden/car park and the infrared sauna max. approx. 60 degrees can be found in the basement.
A large bedroom with high pitched roof with electric tiled stove with seating area and south-facing balcony as well as another bedroom with window to the north (Steinberg view) and shower/toilet room, washbasin, hairdryer, can be found in the pitched roof on the upper floor.
Note: A mobility fee will be charged from May 2025. This allows you to use public transport in Salzburger Land free of charge. This fee will be charged with the visitor's tax.
The access road is asphalted, max. gradient approx. 12%, in winter the snow is always cleared well by the municipality. Bring snow chains if available.

This house was perfect for our needs. It was clean, good location, quiet, with friendly, smiling owners, even though mostly German is spoken.
Just be aware that there are several extra charges on arrival/departure, electricity, hot water, cleaning, security deposit, etc. It would be nice to have everything included in one fee to be paid online, but be prepared to have money available.
