In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 150 m, bakery 2 km, bus stop "Brixen im Thale Bahnhof" 750 m, railway station "Brixen im Thale Bahnhof" 750 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, skisport facilities 2.5 km, ski school 2.5 km, cross country ski track 50 m. Nearby attractions: Kitzbühel, St. Johann, Silberbergwerk Schwaz, Swarowski Kristallwelten Wattens. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental, KitzSki. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Badesee Brixen, Schwarzsee Kitzbühel. Hiking paths: Kitzbüheler Alpen, Wilder Kaiser - Brixental, Hohe Salve.

Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß und die Küche mit allem Notwenigem ausgestattet. Der angrenzende Ess- und WoZi-Bereich bietet genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten für 6 Personen. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit normalen Doppelbetten und 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,40 m Bett. Alles in Allem waren wir zufrieden. Schön ist auch, dass Kitzbühel, Kufstein und die Gondeln zu den Bergen gut und schnell erreichbar ist.
