Central location, modern, clean, all amenities required for 3-4 day stay. Shops and restaurants very close. Parking nearby in DART station.
One toilet/shower off kitchen only. Very thin walls, hear person talking throughout house (normal volume) so suitable for close friends or family only. Needs better sound proofing. Curtains don’t close fully, street side. No parking.

The decor was lovely and the location was good.
No instructions of how to operate appliances, no instructions for separating garbage, the instructions for gaining access were only sent 24 hours before, we were traveling, did not always have Wi-Fi, so we only got them once we entered the house and accessed the Wi-Fi. As a result, when we arrived, all we had was the address and a phone number. After a bit, the owner did return our call, so we were able to get in. Warning: no shampoo, no soap, not even dish detergent ( although laundry detergent was supplied).
