About this house rental
First row luxury newly remodeled home with unobstructed view of crystal beach. The house has a large outdoor patio upstairs and another patio at ground level with a full kitchen and fridge at the first floor, and a main floor kitchen with a connecting indoor/outdoor kitchen/bar or serving area.
House has three full bathrooms. Two at the main level and one on the ground floor with outdoor shower. There is two living room areas and an open concept kitchen/dinning room/ living room great room
Fully stocked kitchen with all new kitchen appliances like an air fryer, blender, coffee maker, grilled, ice maker, popcorn machine, pressure cooker, and even an ice cream maker.
There are dehumidifiers throughout the house to help with humidity and make your stay more comfortable

The views were absolutely gorgeous! The beach house is beautiful and is in a great location. (It’s close to the ferry.) The gated community is very quiet. There’s a downstairs queen bedroom/bathroom that’s only accessible from downstairs, which is nice if you want some extra privacy! The beds were soooo comfortable! The beach access wasn’t too far at all (maybe 4 or 5 houses down) but with 4 kids and all the things we had to carry, we ended up buying a permit at a gas station for each car to park on the beach. So much easier haha! We sat on the deck at night and it was amazing. There were so many stars! The host was incredibly nice and called us at 4 to make sure we got in ok! Our family of 11 made lots of wonderful memories and had the best time! We highly recommend this beach house!!!

You are about a 5 minute walk from the beach. Renting a golf cart will be a game changer, if you plan on taking a lot to the beach or if you forget something back at the house. Baher was very responsive and helpful with any issues that arose. We had 3 families stay here and the 2 living rooms were really nice to have. The neighborhood was clean and felt safe. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much, we had a great time!!

Three families went to celebrate high school graduates. The home was everything it was advertised to be. We didn't have to leave in our four day stay as it had everything we needed and more. The owner was attentive and helpful and so easy to get a hold of. We'd love to go back again! The view was absolutely the best part and beach access was an easy walk.
