This beautiful beach front home is located in The Biscayne sub-division. Great views, great location, and plenty of rooms. Sleeps up to 12 in 4 kings and 4 full-sized beds. This exclusive privately gated community sits half way between the ferry landing and Crystal Beach.
This home is located in the most desirable and hottest spot on the peninsula. It is surrounded by luxurious homes at a very quiet and family friendly beach. Just sit back and relax on the deck or enjoy the breathtaking view in the comfort of air conditioning inside this open concept home.
Sleeps up to 16 persons comfortably, in beds. Downstairs has two bedrooms with a king sized bed and a private bathroom in each. Upstairs has four rooms and sharing one bathroom. Two rooms with king sized bed and access to the upper deck. The other two have 2 full-size beds in each. The powder room is located on the main floor. The beach shower is on the ground floor and it has hot water.

Our family had a great time during our stay. He neighborhood was clean, private, and spacious. The house of the house allowed for a great family time. The location of the house was perfect as we were able to use our ATVs. We had an amazing time overall.
