About this house rental
Renovated, this magnificent traditional Auvergne house is located in a rural area in the small village of Chambeuil, 5 kilometres from the Lioran station, ski slopes and hiking trails.
You will find in this accommodation all the comfort you will need to enjoy your stay according to your activities in all seasons.
In winter, your vehicle must be equipped with suitable tyres or chains in snowy weather as the paths are steep and the roads are sloping to get there.
This beautiful house has a capacity to accommodate 8 people.
It is composed on the ground floor: a large living room with its pellet stove and its superb country house style open to the fitted kitchen (with traditional filter coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave oven, toaster....), a bedroom with a 180X200 bed, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet.
Upstairs: a living area with TV and its sofa bed 2 seats in 140x190, a bedroom with a 140X190 bed and another bedroom with two single beds of 90X190, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet as well.
You will be able to enjoy the outdoors thanks to the two terraces with their garden furniture.
This country house has an unfenced exterior, so you will need to be careful with children and animals as the road crossing the village is nearby. You can park in front of the house on a steep path for at least 2 vehicles. Vehicle equipment (chains or socks) is mandatory to access in winter.
Bed linen and towels are not provided, possibility of renting them on request via our agency.
Non-smoking accommodation.
Pets allowed (1 only) with a supplement of 35 euros.
4G internet connection included.
Washing machine available in the accommodation.
ATTENTION late autonomous arrival is impossible as the accommodation is difficult to locate: arrivals during reception hours mandatory (4 PM/6 PM MAX).
