We went Halloween weekend. Great views and weather. Loved fire pit, hot tub, and grill for outside and a wonderful kitchen. Two showers a little misleading Downstairs shower maybe 4 ft??? Didn't get in but I'm the short one and being 5'3'' I would have had to duck. we shared upstairs shower. Visited Columbiana. Great city. Had dogs trick or treating

The owner was extremely easy to work with, the place was well-maintained, clean, and kitchen well-stocked for cooking, we went in the off season so it was very quiet - a great get-away!

I booked this listing as a weekend lake getaway while we were in town for a family vacation. Usually we get multiple rooms in a hotel and this was a much better option to keep the fun going longer. The property was perfect! We enjoyed the covered patio and ate breakfast outside each morning and again in the late evening for card games. The lake view was so pretty. Our group was multi-generational. I would leave a perfect score for our stay if it had not mentioned in the listing that it was good for seniors. I scoured the photos and saw that the entry was flat. I did see that there were stairs on the main level (3) and inquired to see if they were located in the home and never received a reply. This was after I booked and I decided to wing it. My Mother had a difficult time but we made it work with the assistance of the strong men in our group! Once inside and up the 3 stairs, my mother was able to move from the bedroom, to the bathroom, kitchen and enjoy the covered patio. She was thrilled. I was too!
It was so nice to have an easy checkout without needing to complete a lengthy list of chores. We tidied the place, emptied the trash, and took the towels to the laundry room. Super easy and then we were on the road.
I will look at booking this same until again. I hope it will be available next year too!

Our stay was very enjoyable. We especially loved sitting on the upper deck. Very quiet and peaceful.
