IMMOLOC ARDECHE offers a SUPERB 4-star villa, located in the South Ardèche region in the town of Labastide de Virac, just a 12-minute drive from the town center of Vallon Pont d'Arc and less than 10 minutes by car from Barjac. We invite you to discover this villa with its excellent amenities, accommodating up to six people.
You can enjoy a private swimming pool (9x4m, 1.50m deep) with its inviting pool deck, terrace, and a fully landscaped garden of approximately 4000m² with a pétanque court.
The house comprises, on the ground floor, a large, bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a bedroom (queen-size bed) with its own bathroom (shower and bathtub), a dressing room, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm), a bathroom (shower and bathtub), a separate toilet, and two terraces.
TV, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and barbecue are included.
Be charmed by all the amenities of this villa and its proximity to the tourist attractions of the Southern Ardèche.
End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, and towels are not included but are available as optional extras.

Clean, spacious well-equipped house in very calm area. Only thing missing for us were fly/mosquito screens on the windows because it's impossible to leave windows open without being eaten alive.
